2009 Sprint ST 1050 Rear Brake Switch

I am replacing the rear brake switch on my 2009 Sprint ST 1050. Will this require bleeding the brake line after installing new switch?
Thank you in advance for your help, I appreciate it.

You'll have to bleed at least some.
Keep some pressure on the brake pedal, remove and replace the switch, open the bleeder nipple and push the lever down the rest of the way, tighten the bleeder nipple and release the lever.
Pump some more fluid through and if you're lucky, success.
