Thanks RB! rpnp7, you should PM simpleTT and ask him if Motodemic provided directions for the install (even better if he still has them so he could provide them to you). And ask him if the entire headlight assembly/fly screen/ram air duct/regulator-rectifier comes off as one piece or in pieces and what he did for the ram air and regulator/rectifier.
Thank you so much Red Baron! I honestly had given up.
Speedy Russ, I will be sure to ask him those questions for sure.
I have messaged him. Hoping he'll reply back in detail

What still doesn't make sense in my head is ... how can it be done with the single headlight but not dual round headlights?

It very well might work with dual headlights. Not sure how the 2016+ S3's headlight connectors are set up but they may allow it. On the previous gen S3, you could mount Thunderbird Storm headlights on it. Here's the thread about that: https://www.triumphrat.net/speed-tri...ml#post3093106. Hopefully Motodemic or simpleTT can provide directions for the 2016+ S3.

I emailed Motodemic regarding them not having dual round headlight option for 2016+ and this was his response:

"We looked at it on the 765's and determined not move further forward. The intake in the middle pushes the lights too far apart and it looks really funny."

What I don't get is if that is true (middle intake issue) then how did they make it work for the single headlight which doesn't have the intake at all...

Not sure what they did with the intake as the photos of simpleTT's bike don't appear to show it or the regulator/rectifier. It's possible the intake could simply be removed and the R/R relocated. You need to see the actual instructions for the Motodemic headlights to see what they did with the intake and R/R.

Seems like they just took the entire OEM headlight unit out to put the single headlight conversion in.

That in itself raises the question again of why can't dual round headlights work?
The single headlight conversion as you can see takes out the entire OEM front headlight unit then can't you do the same and install a dual round headlight unit instead of the single headlight conversion?

Unless I'm missing something..

Thanks.
