Thank you for posting your discovery and and the actual tail pack pictures.
That would make a nice tail pack for nearly any model Triumph with some simple mods. Would you mind posting exactly where you ordered it from.

I got mine from a private seller on eBay, but it’s the same price when ordering it from bikebandit.com, which was my surprise when I saw the $46 for the pack + $5 for the harness there...
I guess I can’t blame the eBay guy to recoup all his money at these prices.
So just go to OEM accessories for Daytona 2016-17 and you should see it. Don’t forget to buy the harness comes as a different item.

Magic Man, sorry but I can't agree. I will say it's practical for sure, if you do traveling. It doesn't look hideous either, but R2D2 comes to mind seeing it.

OH 8lb 6oz sweet baby Jesus !!!! I'm sure he can still shake and bake with it because of its aerodynamics !!

Haha yeah I can see a R2D2 faint resemblance, he was a handsome robot so it makes it a win! And yes I’m shaking and baking it, Jesus on a tux, ham fisting it and no buffeting at 100+ at all.
Very happy with it, also when expanding in the fabric in between is bright red so either looks matched to the “R” subframe and rad cover reds or R2D2 is “very” happy to expand...
