Agree 100%.
A new bike should be new and unmolested, not cannibalized for parts. Not cool or ethical, if anyone has done that. Doing it, prevents another instant sale, if a customer wants to buy the would be donor.

@Tripletide , didn't you say for them to keep it and ride it 30 miles to be sure? No words after that???
Maybe you need to go Jules and Vincent Vega on their azz.

The way it was explained to me is that the screen on another bike has already been "married" to that bikes ECU . Not sure why it can't be divorced from that bike but I'm not a Triumph tech.

I am Mr.Wolf on most internet Usernames. I understand you have a problem, Iím here to help.

Next project, Left Hand switch to turn off headlights and leave the Daylight Running Lights LEDís. Reasons: I like the Euro look and more juice available for starting the bike.

I had an extra filter and just the right amount of oil laying around so it made me feel better. It certainly will not hurt getting another refresh in another 500 miles and I like that I won't have to get sweaty and dirty again for another few months when the bikes has 5000 miles on the clock.

I could go on and on for 2000 hours at how much improved this bike is (for me) compared to my former 2017. But it is getting late and 4:45am comes very early so I'll share one thing that is extremely important to me. The gear box and clutch on my new 2019 is so much smoother than my former unit. My 2017 had the worst clutch chatter ever when I would be in very slow traffic and would let out the clutch to very small throttle opening. I took the old bike in to the dealer because I thought it was defective but they swore it was just the slipper clutch doing its thing. And it would make odd noises once engaged too. I mis-shifted from 1st to 2nd more on my 2017 than I have on any other bike--ever. The new 2019, I have missed shift one time in 3 days and it was due to a really lazy foot.

Here are a couple of Sunday photos--just because!!!!

Mr, Fields you are one bad Mfer with all those sweet bikes & access to some great photo spots. You need to rally some friends & do a full spread shoot of all your bitchin bikes!

So I am in the boat of others with the wonder 2019 S3 RS not fully operational. I am getting my quick shifter reinstalled tomorrow and the cruise control fixed. Wish me luck!

My bike is fully operational and I am still in love. Having a quick shift is like night and day... and the cruise control... i was having a blast with that as odd as it sounds lol!

When the bike is workings, its definitely a bang for a buck with everything it has. I hope the engine upgrades dont reduce reliability!

Triumph step up and replaced my 19rs with a new 19 rs. Picked it up today. It has been a process but thankfully I am back on two wheels again. Got back in time to log about 60 miles. Will put a few hundred on in a couple weeks to get the breakin period done. WHOOP WHOOP!!!
