I do several trips a year that requir some trailering. Never been very keen on the ratchet straps and the pressure on the front so I now have the Pitbull Restraining system. Really well made and works so easy. Also removed the passenger pegs and mounts and added some Stompgrip and tank pad.

I would add a strap to the front wheel, not loading the suspension, just to the wheel to secure it from bouncing.

Probably a good idea , I don't want to "Shake and Bake" till it's off the trailer and me riding ;-)
