My brother bought it second hand in 2003. It hand been blue-printed and balanced by the previous owner. After a couple of years it fell into disuse and sat in his shed for three years.
After I got my license I bought a cruiser first then a naked for lane-splitting on the daily commute. After doing a 750+km four day ride I decided I needed a faired bike for the longer trips that I could put sports tyres on and thrash through the mountains to share some of the load with the naked.
For Christmas 2010 my brother gave me his TT600, now called Timmahh (after the South Park character Timmy!; also it's my brother's name :))
