I purchased my Thruxton from the previous owner in May 2010, with no miles accrued since the original purchase in August 2008. I had to remove/clean/rebuild/intall the carbeurator four times before the motorcycle finally ran long enough to get it out of the driveway. It was the switch to good ol' 87 octane and the Dynojet Stage 1 kit and removal of 4 pounds of emissions junk that finally brought my Thruxton to life.
