History
Purchased used in 2009 when I needed another bike for my brother to ride when he visited me in PA from OR. Bike had just 5k miles on it and came with a Staintune high pipe and carbon fiber tank protector for $2500. It did not come with bags.

Since then, I sourced parts to add the rear hard cases, including all oem mounting hardware and lights. I also added heated grips, center stand, rear brake reservoir carbon fiber protector, carbon fiber hugger, and rear seat cowl. the front forks have RaceTech valve emulators and the rear is supported by an Ohlins shock with remote preload adjustment.

As of September 2017 the bike has just over 40k miles on it and has been ridden coast to coasta couple of times. My plan is to thoroughly go through it this winter, including a sprocket and chain replacement, and then do a 10k mile ride around the states before considering putting it on the market. But who knows: I just might hang onto the beautiful beast, which gets 55+ mpg on regular unleaded fuel and is as comfy as a sofa.
