Bought it in Fall 2012. It's British built. A bit of a fixer upper but I am enjoying the adventure.
2004 Triumph Speedmaster (Red)
Stock wheels and I will have to check on those tires.
I think it has America style pipes, that are pretty much unbaffled, and I bet they are from www.newtriumph.com they are pretty nice but really loud. Everything else is stock. Chain is Japanese made. Is that stock?
The clear windshield that is about tall enough to let the wind rattle your skull. I also have about half the parts for the bug deflecting shield, I have the shield but not the fork clamping brackets to mount it with.
I adjusted the rear springs. They were on the softest setting and that thing rode like a buck board and it always felt like it was pushing through the corners. I set it up one notch and what an incredible difference! It rides much better and corners much more predictably.
Grips have LED blinkers in the ends. Very cool! They are not the most comfortable but the turn signals are a great safety feature. I think the saddle bags are Triumph. It has highway lights but the electrical is butchered on them so I do not have them connected. It has all the little things to cover the clutch lever, and various other small parts to dress it up.
Wheel and Tire
It had a stereo system which I have removed and repaired the wiring hack for that as well. I added a Magellan 2450 Roadmate GPS using the bracket that had the very cool coffee cup holder. I don't think I want coffee spraying at me but I would like to know where I am going sometimes. Got the HJC Bluetooth Helmet.
