Part Number

Does anyone have the part number for the triangular shaped top tank pad in this shot. I have searched the parts fishc in a couple of sites and cannot locate the number to see if it is even still available to purchase......

Why? Did it fly off on the way home?

I don't think it was original to that year and model. I think someone (not me) was trying to cover a small dent...

Time to update your garage.

Nope John, yours is still hanging tough. The one I am looking for is raised, smaller, and has Triumph written on it. I have seen it on a couple of TBS's like my old one in the shot. I believe it was an accessory available from Triumph for these bikes in their day. I venture a guess it is no longer an option to order, but I sure would like to find out.
