Ignitor. All it controls is the spark.

What brand? If it's the Ignitech it should be plug and play, although you may have to load it with a configuration file. Otherwise, all bets are off. Unfortunately, if it's not running now, you have no way if knowing if that's all it needs.

I have the king and queen seat with the buttons on my Legend. I don't have much time riding it (project when I got it...) but it seemed to be pretty comfortable. The stock seat on my TBS was comfortable for the first half hour...

The Trophy 900/1200s go quite cheap, £1k will buy a decent runner. Sprint 900's fetch a bit more and Daytona's a fair bit more relevant to condition of course.
I paid $2,700.00 Canadian for my 96 Trophy 900. Has around 50,000 miles on it. New tyres and a Hagon rear shock. Runs sweet. Would be hard to find a good single or two up cruising bike for that much. A full fairing and hard bags, plus the rear top box, cost about that much.
Had to pay about $300 in taxes. When I get approval for a collector plate, I will be able to move the plate from my other collector bikes.

I'm another fool for a pretty bike! I'd be using money I should be for paying off the Tiger loan...just can't seem to help myself.
My first Hinkley triple was a Sprint ST and that 955i motor stole my heart. Bought the Tiger800XRx, lightly used from an inmate back in May(?) to replace a CB500X (which I hope would replace a 650 Vstrom, another awesome bike). I put 10k miles on it this season and it's perfect! My only rationale is; the only thing better than 1 Triumph triple is...another Triumph triple, right??

We'll see. This one is a '95, has 29k on the clock, 2nd owner, looks awesome and the interesting thing is, it's got got hard bags and top case (Hepco Becker), which I haven't seen on a TB variant since I started looking and really appeals, as I like doing multi-day trips. It also has a 3 into 2 exhaust which I read weren't on the early models, so I'm hoping they are TOR pipes. Can anyone tell me how I can tell?

I really wanted a yellow/black or white/orange TBS. Missed one not too far away, and the other is in FL and has issues. This one isn't my favorite color scheme but its only a couple hours away and I can learn to love it.

The '95 will have the alloy wheels, they fetch good money. The later models have poorly chromed wheels, some are a tad rusty.

I live in Boise Idaho the bike is on YouTube and is excellent mechanical condition and very good cosmetic condition. I travel to the St Louis area two or three times a year, I don't know what state your in but I am offering $500 discount to anyone buying bike who has to travel 1800 miles or more.

PM me if you are interested.

That would fetch £5k in the UK, no problem.

If that's like a flux capacitor, mine never went bad since new in 2003.

Personally I think Triumph knows best.
I might be tempted though if it would run on banana peals.
