Anyone else waiting for the AGV X3000 Helmet?

Ordered one a month ago when they indicated 3-5 day lead time. A week passed and it was revised to the end of April to ship. Looks like now it won't be until sometime in May

So anybody else waiting on theirs? Or just waiting on new gear in general?

I have a Gringo S now and the AGV is to be the replacement. I also have a Bullitt that I never wear even though it's a nicer helmet than the Gringo, except for wind noise.

No idea. The email I got from the vendor this week stated that they hoped the Super would ship in late April. The vendor's website states mid-May. The rep at AGV says early May.

So who knows.

I ordered the X3000 Super in March and received the helmet yesterday. So far I've only had a chance to wear it for a short ride.
In comparison to my Gringo S and Bullitt this is what I've noticed so far-

Build quality is much nicer than the Gringo S, perhaps slightly better than the Bell.

The X3000 is much quieter than either helmet. In fact the Bell has an extremely annoying wind noise at highway speeds. The Bell has a bubble shield which may be contributing to the wind noise? I can't say for sure but I do know I hate the bubble shield.

Fit- The Gringo S and the Bell are both mediums. The Gringo S fits too loosely for my taste with the Bell being a little more snug. I ordered the X3000 in a MS and the fit is pretty snug but I believe once I've worn it a handful of times it will be perfect.

The X3000 Super was originally described by AGV as including a leather helmet bag. This is incorrect. It comes with the typical nylon bag.

My only gripe at this point might be that there isn't much room for speakers inside the helmet but that may be resolved by changing their location a little bit.
