2015 Speedmaster wind screen

I'm looking for something either quick release or at least fairly quick to remove. Nothing too large . I don't wanna take away the look and performance too much , but to at least take away some of the wind .

Hola, another 2015 Speedy owner here - I have been wondering the same thing. Have you looked at the Dart flyscreens?:

I put one on my last bike, a Suzuki tu250 and not only was it a piece of cake to install they look great. Definitely on my radar once I get some other things taken care of.

I actually have looked at the flyscreens . I just wonder what kind of wind block they offer .
I was looking at these .

Guess either way it's a gamble .

As a new owner of a 2018 Speedmaster, I too would like to know who can vouch for the Dart flyscreens (particularly the slightly larger Marlin model). At 65 mph, I'm too big a sail to be comfortable, but I think the touring screens are too big. Any thoughts?

Dart Windscreen on a Speedmaster

I did add the Dart Windscreen on my Speedmaster as I also did not want to ruin the lines of the bike. IT does block the wind from the chest but hits the helmet and shoulders. I've run 100 miles non-stop at about 70 and it worked great, at least for what it was suppose to do. I'll attach a picture. This picture has the Corbin seat on it with the backrest which I typically take off for running around town.

Good to know. What model of Dart windshield is this? It looks like the Marlin.

Yes, it is the Marlin. I wanted the biggest one available for the SM

I ran the classic Dart flyscreen on my 2012 SM and the Marlin on my 2014 Low Rider. Both worked great at taking the wind off of my chest and shoulders (more so with the Marlin) and leaving clean air around my helmet. Definitely made 70+ mph riding much more comfortable. Iím not a fan of large windscreens either.

I ended up installing a Dart Marlin and it makes a huge difference to wind against my body; I can now drive at 70+ mph with comfort. Well, I say comfort save for the now significantly increased wind noise. It's far worse than before, and all I can hear now is screaming wind. Time to focus on my helmet I guess. What we (all?) need is a noise cancelling system that allows the low frequencies of the engine to be audible but the higher frequencies of wind to be cancelled. How hard can this be?!

I am seriously impressed. I ordered a smaller, Piranha, Dart flyscreen last Saturday evening, it was shipped on Monday and arrived in New Zealand from UK today. Less than a week and free shipping! It fit perfectly, looks unobtrusive and I'll see what difference it makes to the wind. 2016 Speedmaster.

I wear earplugs for the wind noise (have tinnitus) and they are the type that I can hear the bike and the speakers in my helmet through but they take all the high pitched noise away

Hurried pictures in my messy garage...
