Cool Stock bars with Cafe Fairing? Will it work?

I finally received my "Track Inspiration Kit" fairing the other day. I don't want to put the lower bars on it, if I can avoid it. I want to leave the stock bars on the bike. Does anybody know if this will work ? Or will there be a clearance issue with the stock bars and the fairing? It would save me a step if I don't have to pull the top triple clamp to put the lower clip-on mounts on. 2017 TTR Matte Jet Black

Well it works on a Thruxton S my new Thruxton had the fairing kit and lower bars on it when I brought it, the lower bars was ok when riding but next day my lower back was sore 2 weeks later I got the stock bars mounts from my dealer and put them on with the fairing, not a hard job to do and made a big improvement no more lower back problems and found I could throw the bike around a lot better and easier than with the low bars, what a difference 2" makes for my 60 year old body.

The stock bars on my R clear the fairing.

yes, the stock clipons will work with the R fairing. you might just have to tweak the Brembo reservoir ( on the R, not the std on on the S) mounting a little, no big deal. btw, you dont remove The top triple clamp to put on the lower clipons. you loosen the clamps for the fork legs and drop them down.

Masquerading every day as a normal person is exhausting.

Yes the stock bars and stock risers will fit with the fairing installed with no clearance issues. I'm running that right now. In my opinion the lower risers look better with the fairing because the bars are centered in the fairing cut outs.
