Ride tracking app

I started using this tracking app this past weekend and it's easy to use and then share/ save rides:

I tried it and didn't really like the interface, but that was 2 years ago. Now I use Spot and Relive

I probably need an intervention because of the bikes that keep 'following' me home. Current garage:
2001 Daytona 955i, 2 yes two, 2003 Sprint 955i STs (spouse rides one), 2016 Speed Triple, 2001 Kawasaki ZRX 1200R

I use GPSLogger on my android to record where I am while riding (https://gpslogger.app). Then I use GPS Visualizer to superimpose those tracks onto Google Maps when I get home (http://www.gpsvisualizer.com/). That's how I get those maps on my trip reports, and if you click on one of them you can zoom in/out and pan them.

Sometimes I use Spotwalla on my phone to post my location online every 10 minutes or so while on a ride (https://spotwalla.com/index.php), idea being that if I go missing wife would know where to start looking. Only works when you have a cell signal though. A Spot or inReach device is probably a better choice for that.

My mother-in-law piped up when I used Spotwalla on a tour to Yellowstone. It gives out the rate of speed you were traveling when it does a GPS plot. Let's say she was displeased with the data ;-)

FYI Scott... you can toggle off the function that indicates your speed on SpotWalla… Riders I know who use SpotWalla do just that for obvious reasons...

I use it too. It's pretty straightforward. I haven't tried any others for comparison though.
