Valve adjustment and carbon fouled plug

One of my cylinder plug keeps coming out dry, sooty, and carbon fouled. I have a brand new keihin roundslide carburetor, pod filters, and new nology coil.

I don’t know what else it can be, but do you guys think that it can be from the valves not properly adjusted. Before I pay for a valve adjustment I was wondering what are the chances that the valves can be the problem.

Thanks,
Jeff

Yeah they are. The carb is brand new from the factory, I didn’t mess with the jets at all. The thing is that it was doing this with the stock carb, just not as prominent with the new slide carb.

Another question, are your pods, clean ? Just double check everything you did to make sure its on right or tight.
