To do it right you'll want to replace both sprockets and the chain altogether. Either go with OEM or these guys have nice package deals. https://sprocketcenter.com/
I can't tell from the photo as it's not square to the teeth. You should see asymmetric curve on the teeth....ultimately you get a shark's tooth appearance. Also, if you grab the chain halfway long the rear side of rear sprocket, try pulling the chain directly rearward away from the sprocket...more than slight movement tells you the rear sprocket teeth and/or chain is worn.
Because of camera angle or lighting the teeth do look worn and curved, but in the wrong direction. So that picture is useless. IMO. If the bike has less than 20,000 miles and has not seen more than normal amounts of sandy or muddy conditions it's probably ok. Lots of videos on the net showing how to check for ware. If all is good just change the front sprocket, see how you like it.
bike has 40 k on it since I bought it same chain and sprocket
