Speedo-in-Headlight kit

Browsing Benjie's Cafe Racers I just discovered that he has a new "EuroStyle Headlight Bucket Kit":

http://www.benjiescaferacer.com/euro...ghtbucket.html

Granted, it's made with the Honda speedo in mind, and has headlight ears included, which we'd not need. Still, it's interesting to see that someone has made one of these available.

Ogle my bike here.

I'm actually liking that quite a bit.I have thought about trying to make a nacelle set-up like that myself.

You said it's based on a Honda speedo, but I couldn't find any info about it on the website.Any idea what it's using for a light?

One thing about ol' flipperboi though,I'm still waiting on the scrambler pipes he promised me for my Ironhead over a year ago.

Cheers!

the thing that irks me about all speedo-in-the-headlight setups is how bulbous the headlight always is. I like a shallow headlight bucket. Benji does have great stuff though.

If you follow links back to homepage, it provides slightly more infor:

"This is BCR's new product for Honda CB 500s and 750s. Its a bolt-on headlight kit that would enable you to mount and hide the stock CB gauge inside the headlight bucket giving a clean smooth look on your dash. more info..."

Ironically the page we're then directed to provides absolutely no information whatsoever, except the pictures.

Ogle my bike here.

Thats my winter project on my bonni, but i'm using an 1970's BMW/URAL/DNPER headlight bucket.

All i need to do is wait for this paint to cure and i'll be done.

Steve

btw, i've posted a few pics on other posts

https://www.triumphrat.net/twins-tech...mp-bucket.html Look on the 2nd page.

A pile of stock parts from a 2005 Bonnie Black, 1969 Trident, and a 1959 Panhead.
