Finally she's essentially ready to ride, still some small detail work to do and the m-lock to figure out, but it's rideable for Sunday's DGR. Did the ecu tune and it sounded great. Nice burble from the cocktail shakers. Didn't rev it, but I'll do plenty of that during the shakedown ride tomorrow.

ECU tune

Wetsanded and buffed the tank - finally looks presentable after sitting outside for the past two years.

And finally... a little nod to the DGR

Great build. She came out beautifully. What exhaust is that you have on?

Looks amazing, especially the seat and open frame look.

You have created a nice unit.

To make it perfect (for me) - mat black on the cover and chop of the exhaust extension for a reverse cone.

Or wrap the muffler.......?

Stock carb'd Bonneville headers with emgo cocktail shaker mufflers. Had to pie slice and weld up the headers to kick the mufflers out and down a bit. The bike is very loud and obnoxious, especially on deceleration. Thinking about adding some additional baffling to the mufflers

Thanks! To each their own. I wanted to create something that, to the uninitiated, would appear somewhat stock. This is why I stuck with the stock paint, chrome covers, chrome mufflers, and vintage style triumph seat cover. I've had random folks on the street think it is everything from a vintage racer to a Triumph special edition. Regardless of what they think it is, everyone is shocked when I say it's a 2010 T100 I built in my nyc backyard.

What did you use to stick that to the engine case? My Triumph badge fell of a few months ago and I've been wondering what to put back. like your take on it.

Just 3m outdoor tape. So far it's stayed on for 5 days 😁

I'd zip tie it for safety.
