Personalize my ride

Simple touches. I saw a few custom cafe mods online and decided to add these as 'personal' touches to my bike. An easy, fun way to set your ride apart from the crowd. Hope this helps encourage others to pursue their own simple mods. Cheers.

* Put bike on center-stand if available.
* Decide on your pattern.
* Layout the template - hole size and hole pattern.
* Find a reference point to help keep the pattern level.
* Transfer pattern to side cover - I used temporary painters masking tape to protect the paint
and provide contrast for the transfer markings.
* Drill the holes.
* Deburr the the holes with 220 sandpaper.
* Use black Sharpie around the inside edges of holes.
* Apply screen to back-side of cover.
* Re-install covers.
* Stand back and be grateful for a job well done.

I like it, what size drill bits did you use to create the holes?

I see what you did there. I was jumping at the chance to do that! Cover looks great - well done.

Yes, seriously awesome job. I would have thought you would be able to see the difference in color of the inside of the plastic, but apparently not.

Love to see how it look on the bike
