Now that you mention it, I was looking at www.motorcycle.autotrader.com yesterday. Boy there are some 5-6 yr old bikes with no miles (less than 1000) out there for sale.

Ride safe,

Quentin

Tyres, battery, inside of tank, all rubber bits, float bowl. It's worth about $5000 top. The "problem" if it is one is that these bikes are overbuilt, I've seen well over 120,000 miles on some that are running fine. You can pick up a great used EFI or carbed model in fantastic condition for $3500-5000. I know of one right now ( not mine). Look at any bike selling site and you will find the odd chap who has no idea of market value. So silly prices get asked, like this one. A friend once said in jest "it's never too much, it's sometimes too soon" it will be a long while before the 07 is ever worth that.

It's because it's from Ontario. (no offence intended GiddyG..)

I bought my 2013 in 2016 with 168 miles on it for $5700.00. The bike was as good as new when I bought it and a gazillion dollars and hours later it is now better than new. Buy a good used bike for a fair price and use your left over money to replace the oem rubbish that comes on it, i.e. silencers, carb tops, headlamp, tail light, all directionals, shocks, piss cup brake reservoir, and clutch/brake levers. Then buy everything chrome to replace anything that is not chrome. Get a windscreen and a set of bags. Get a 19T front sprocket. Get a centerstand. Get grab handles, Get rear shocks. Get a sissy bar. Get a tach. Get a voltmeter. Get Predators. Get Air Injection removal kit. Get Air Box Removal Kit. Get Predators. Get Power Commander. Get an air horn. Get an engine guard. Get saddlebags. Get chrome/polished fenders. Get bar end mirrors. Get fork emulators. Get gaiters. This guy is way off the mark. Because it has sat 12 years it has a host of problems that are self inflicted/inherent (tires and tank rust are starters). I would give $4,000 USD for it knowing she has another 1k at least going into it for it's inherent problems from age and sitting. I will give you a replacement turn signal and oem silencers for the cost of shipping. Low mileage is not the greatest bragging right with a used bike. This bike is over priced. Move on.

Not for that price. Whether the seller likes it or not, it's a low-mileage used bike, nothing more, not a collector's item, and it will take some serious money just to bring the maintenance items up to date: tires, battery, etc as mentioned.

I'd also want to know more of the "found it under a blanket" story. And the blacked-out tank badges are ... um ... unfortunate.

If I shop carefully, I think I could about buy two of them for that price. But I always buy my bikes in the winter months. ...J.D.

Canadian dollars.
You should see some of the T100 prices in Ontario. It is hilarious.
12 year old bike for a few grand less than a brand new T120....?
I just bought a 07 T100 because I wanted a carb t100 and the exact bike was the same that I rented in Paris for my honeymoon....all I did was put a new rotor on it and away I went.
I have seen 2 Bonnevilles FI with under 50k at a Triumph dealership for 3900 and 4200 in the last month alone.
This is much better value https://www.kijiji.ca/v-street-cruis...ationFlag=true
