So I'm looking to upgrade my T100 suspension and found out British custom is having a close out sale for some Hagon road shocks at a great price, I read good thing about Hagon but the weight seems to rated for 275 -330lbs now i'm not sure what this means as i couldn't find answer hoping someone could tell me if this is a good purchase or not.

I know buying suspension really depends on my riding style and what i'm looking for so I'm 220lbs and my riding style i guess would be highway and city commuting with lots of pot holes in boston, but when not working long 2-3 hour rides through backroads and highways opening the throttle on turns. I have no desire to take this bike to the track I just want to improve and enhance the riding experience. I'm known to take scrap the pegs a bit on my bike and really push the lean angle

You need to go to the Hagon website or call a distributor/retailer for their recommendations. Hagon has at least 3 lines that provide more flexibility as you move up the range. A well regard option for Triumph twins is the 2810. When ordering you will specify your weight and main driving style(s) and they will proved the best option within the line you specify for best results.

Do some homework and you will be well satisfied. lots of good info on this forum. Determine what the shortfalls are with your current (stock?) set up that you are trying to correct. Well pleased with my current set-up, and was able to get an all chrome/silver with shrouds solution to match the stock look. Night and day improvement on the ride and handling of my 2013 Thruxton.

Not-Malaria,

I just got a great deal on Progressive 444 shocks for my 2016 T100 from the Speed Addict website. Free shipping too.

Model number 444-4215B. Delivered for $506 after the 10% promo code, PRO2018.

I went with the standard springs in all black. The standard springs are for riders up to 240 or 250 in weight.

The Progressive front springs were $76 more. (Model 11-1126).

The 444s only have one user adjustment, which is for preload. The internal FST valve does the rest automatically, based on conditions.

Love my Hagon's on my T100...transformed the handling. Firm feel compared to stock, yet compliant over bumps that tended to launch me off the seat with stocks.

Seems Triumph fitted the best rear shocks $8 could buy!

I have Hagons on my mag wheel Bonneville. I really like them. They are better at handling bumps and the bike seems to handle better, more responsive than with stock. Not sure if that is a placebo affect, but I’d recommend them. Only problem is I don’t think there is a US distributor anymore. You’ll probably have to deal directly with Hagon.
