I have that DVD but I'm more of a book learner and reccommend this book-http://www.amazon.com/Maximum-Control-Mastering-Your-Heavyweight/dp/0760336741

The main thing to keep the Bird upright is clutch slipping control and minute amounts of weight balance and rear brake.

keep off the front brake when going slow-keep off the front brake when going slow

It gets easier with practice but that said

If you don't have them already get front (and rear) dresser (read crash) bars. Everyone will drop their bike one day or another.

Also it does not need to be said but dress properly in tank top, shorts and flip flops if your in Florida. Just kidding you know how to dress properly.
