It never ceases to amaze me the amount of crap HD owners put up with from their dealer's service dept. $200 reflashes. Poor quality, overpriced maintenance. The general "We're doing you a favor by working on your bike at all" attitude. I get these complaints from current (& likely future) HD owners. It's the biker equivelant of Battered Wife syndrome, "I can't help it, I love my HD. It's my fault, I provoked them." They just keep enabling their abuser. While I don't know if I'd rate my Triumph dealer as spectacular, I've never left there pissed off.
