I'm interested in the floorboards - I'm finding I do a lot more long rides than short rides and start hunting for a more comfortable position, so put me 3rd in line to buy them off you. As for the toe shifter - it sits on a splined shaft. Removal of the single retaining screw allows you to remove the toe shifter and adjust it up or down one spline at a time. Mine was one cog too low and I had to kind of wiggle my toe out each time after an upshift. The floor boards have lots of travel - not as much as the pegs I don't think - but you can scrape and beyond quite a bit before you have to worry about lifting and pivoting the bike.
