my name is Andy & I live in Leeds in England in the United Kingdom.
I have been building and riding bikes since the mid 70's. I own two bikes, a Harley 81 Ironhead & a 64 3TA. I have had my Triumph for 20 years and it has gone through a couple of evolutions in that time.
I have just started to pull it apart for a complete overhall, respray, re-chrome, some engine rebuilding etc. My bike is far from stock, in fact it's a ridged bobber custom.
My first, of probably tons of ?'s is, what valve guides are best to use, the cast iron or the bronze type.
There is some side to side movement on the valves, how much, if any should there be?
