The Bonnie Banana, puting in neutral

I purchased a 1976 T 140 Bonneville in boxes about six months ago. Got it together and riding it to insure all the nuts are tight including mine. I owned a Bonnie in 1980 and have been into scoots for some years now. I just sold a 1978 Vespa that I had for over thirty years. I put a 1947 Mustang together and have had several Cushman Eagles with the 18 hp Vanguard engine conversions. After selling the Vespa I found the Bonneville in Ft Pierce and with a triumph guy John Richards got it together. You can get a look on You Tube with Triumph Bonneville Restorations John Richards. You can see what I began with then where it is today. This forum is great and helps with the problems we run into with no Vintage dealers. Thank goodness John is here in West Palm Beach, Fl with me to keep the rubber on the road.
