New 2016 T120 Knocking Noise

So I went to put gas in the bike this morning and as soon as the bike started I knew it didn't sound right. I gave it a little throttle and it sounded worse. I also noticed what looks like oil coming out of the exhaust, more so on the right than left. Video below since I had my phone right there. I didn't ride it, shut it off, and called the dealer, and they are going to pick it up for what better be warranty claim/work.

I haven't done anything to the bike other than regular checks and chain cleaning/lubing. I am kinda freaked out about what could be wrong with my new bike (2200 miles). I am posting this to let others know and to see what the group thinks.

Video

I also noticed this on the right spark plug.

Have a look at member JDH's post 7 on your other thread, a plausible reason there:

It may also be a faulty plug. The HV will try and bridge the spark gap first, as it's the smallest gap, but if there's either something mildly conductive on the outside of the plug (salty residue or contaminant from washing?), or if there is simply no path to the electrodes (if the internal resistor has failed), you will get the spark travelling down the outside of the porcelain and have a constant misfire.

What was the final outcome of this story? Did I miss it somewhere?

No. The OP started two threads with the same issue, we're still waiting for a final update on either of them. The other thread is much longer, with some moaning about the lack of feedback (mainly from me ). Last we heard (December 3rd) the bike had been at the dealers for over a month with no answers...:

Hey everyone I am still here and I will have an update soon. I haven't forgotten about you, but there is a reason I have not been updating. I will give you my details hopefully soon.
