Well kids, I made a call to the US HQ and was told that this last week, a large supply of accessories have landed and are being distributed!

My brown grips will be in this week, so good news for anyone waiting,

Thanks for the update! Maybe my handlebar & sprocket kit I ordered back in early March will finally come in this week then! Here's to hoping they didn't just give you a rehearsed and inaccurate line, like they were giving when lots of customers were waiting for their bike to initially come. Thanks again!

I note that Pure Triumph finally has a partial population of its T120 accessories. They have had Street Twin stuff for some time, including some things that fit both bikes (such as saddlebags/panniers)
I would get banned if I posted what I really thought of Pure Triumph. The Customer Service is the worst I've ever dealt with. Ordered 4 items and they wrote the Triumph black finisher kit; " To Follow". It's been almost 4 weeks. I've sent emails and made phone calls asking when I could expect to see these arrive. Nothing. No replies at all. Voice mail when called. I'm at the point now, I am going to file a complaint at PayPal. End of story.

Here you go... The seat is a different color, but I think with the retro look it actually works better than I expected... It took a while for me to warm up to.
Now I will be glad when the seat and bags are not so "new" looking.

I was wondering this as well... @gabbydad always does a good write-up or video. So I'm sure one is on the way.

I was curious how the left side grip is installed... Does it just stay put via a little of Mom's hairspray. (Like when installing a BMX bike grip?) And was the original 'stuck' to the bar with anything? Or did it just stay put with its own pressure.

I ordered luggage and rack from Pure Triumph in early April. They have been good about updating me of the delays via email and have offered to refund my money if I wanted to cancel the order. Although their first response was to a caustic reply from me when they wanted me to rate the product that I was still waiting to receive.

I ordered the FEK from the Uk. Got this message today

Hello,

The factory have got back to me and I do apologise, as they have advised that the part won't be in with us until 4/7/2016 for dispatch due to supplier issues. Please advise if you wish to proceed with your order.

Why is it that the one accessory most new Bonneville owners want the most, overall (that's evident just from this forum alone), that Thriumph wouldn't at least make a few hundred of those, before half the other stuff that's finally available?

I have to say, these are some great products, for a great bike... But the initial roll-out of all this is borderline embarrassing for a major motorcycle manufacturer.

Just speaking for myself, I purchased my new bike only with the intentions of paying the additional fee for the FRK... As (like it or not) it's one of the most drastic alterations to the exterior appearance of the bike.

I know I'll get this eventually... So it's not the end of the world... But Triumph, really?!?
(And the excuse of "Gosh, we just couldn't keep up with the demand, and we were just sOoOoOo surprised, bla-bla-bla..." just doesn't cut it... Again, not the end of the world... However, I really do NOT prefer the antique look of the fender. (Some do... I know... I know... DUDE, I KNOW.) But I'm a minimalist... And also a 'brand-whore'... So this particular part is important to me... Triumph, please give me the chance to give you more money... Thanks!
