Last Saturday I went to my dealer (again) to check if the accessories I want were available. They were not. Today I called Triumph North America in Atlanta. Spoke with a really nice guy named Darren. He informed me the accessories are on their way. He went on to say earlier this week the Atlanta warehouse received 220 black billet reservoir's. They now have at most 219. A load of luggage racks are scheduled to arrive at the warehouse on June 3rd. I ordered one of those as well. He went on to tell me the Street Twin accessories (with the exception of the LED lights thanks to the U.S. DOT) will be available in early June.
On a personal note; I ordered both parts through my dealer since they have a "Loyalty Customer Rewards" program. For instance I earned 50 points just for putting a deposit on my ST, and then earned another 1,700 points for purchasing my ST. So what that added up to was a deduction of $150.00 off my order total. Not bad.
Bottom line here - It's about time Triumph made these accessories available to those of us here in the States. Let the ST mods begin!....
