Carb Tuning newb looking for sage advice

I now have all my parts to basically complete the stage 1 upgrade of my Thruxton. BC air box kit and Norman Hyde Pea Shooters (I yanked the AI the day i took the bike home). I'm on a Mac so I can't use the carb tuning exe I've seen linked before. Any recommendations on jets shims etc. I live at 400ft above sea level.

Any advice or things to look out for when doing this install are appreciated too since I'm a novice.

42 pilots, 1 shim on each needle, 140-145 mains, and maybe 2 turns out on the idle mix.

that should get you really close.

my Thruxton(no airbox madaz mufflers similar to staintune) at approx 50 meters above sea level works best with 40 pilots 1.5 turns and 140 mains + 1 shim
