Where are the float bowl overflow tubes?

Good afternoon - looking at the carbs on my 2007 Bonneville and contemplating all the fuel/vacuum hoses..... I see no overflow hoses that typically originate near the bottom of the bowl and route to the atmosphere. Yes, this is an EVAP model and I expect the hoses would go to the cannister instead.... but there are no hoses off the bottom of the carbs. Confusing.

Thanks in advance - Joe

Simply there are no overflow hoses. One more reason to close the petcock.

Well, there is a black plastic tube connecting the two carbs which is connected to a hose close to the airbox which then goes below the frame, but that's more a float bowl venting system than an overflow system.

I don't know of any "overflow" tubes, per se. There are vents for the float bowls at the top of the carbs. They are connected together between the carbs with black plastic tubing to form a "T" with a line running to the EVAP canisters. Bikes without EVAP still have the "T", but no vacuum line.

Ahhh - well that it explains it. Thanks. So then if/when a float valve sticks or gets gunked, where does the excess gas go?
