front forks air gap hagon springs

hi as my bike is new a efi and only done 200 mile at moment ,when changing to hagon progressive front springs ,with forks fully compressed the air gap / oil level was to be 150 mm , when the spacer ,washer and springs removed the air gap was 130mm so i just left it as oil was like new ,i just replaced the new springs ,washer a spacer ,will this be ok or will i have to remove 20mm of oil to reach 150 mm air gap ,front end feels ok

If the front feels ok, then you're ok. By having more oil (less of a gap), all you're doing is stiffening up the forks a little bit. If you want them softer, reduce the oil a bit, or go to lighter weight oil.
