I believe if you visit a local bicycle shop you can get head stem plugs that will assist you in getting your bar ends to fit.

This link was sent to me by Brent at newbonneville when I ordered my western bars.

Hope it helps

Try this site: http://www.manicsalamander.com/index.htm . I love mine and my cafe bars are vibration free.

I run the Rizoma Reverse Retro Mirrors http://www.pjsparts.com/catalog/prod...products_id=36 and the Manic Salamander weights in my M Bars. To cut down vibration, I wrapped stacks of pennies in electrical tape and stuffed them in the bars before installing the end weights.

Works great for me and looks really sweet.

I'm using the rizoma on the 1" bars I'm installing on my Thrux.

The T100's have the one inch bars. There is no way the SE is 1".

I have bar end weights on my Bonnie. I used the 7/8ths ones with the rubber that expands. It expands far enough to work on 1" bars.

Calliway...a question.
On Bellacorse's site he sells Napolean mirrors...what I am considering but states they will not work with factory T-100 handlebars which are 1 inch diameter. Are you saying the rubber can be expanded to also keep Napolean bar end mirrors firmly in position?
Any advice?
Thanks,
George

Napoleons use a set of metal expansion fingers that expand when you tighten them up. They have a piece of rubber tube around them. There is no reason why you couldnt get a thicker piece of tubing to make up the difference.

Your stock handlebars have a threaded plug in the end of them about an inch in. The Napolean plugs are longer than that inch. You could make Naps work with your bars by taking off the expansion portion and putting the right bolt through the end and screwing them into the stock plug.
