I have been looking around for a solution for the corrosion spots on the cases of my new (to me) '02 Bonneville. I tried some Semichrome and it didn't do much but make the area around the corrosion shiny. Any thoughts out there?

Strip off all the old laquer and polish the cases....elbow grease and time its the only way forward once the rot sets in....

As said- elbo grease, or can try to feather the spots w/ wet papre & re coat?
They all do it on white metal cases. Dont know why on Triumph & not Honda? I have heard disimilar metal corrosion from the case bolts? Good luck either way!!

I was afraid of that. I was hoping for a new product "as seen on TV" but I guess it will be blood sweat and tears for me.
