America Accessories

Hi,

I am willing to buy a Triumph America 2008 and would like the following accessories :Touring seat, Tacho gadge, chrome silencers - long. Should I be eligible to order the bike with the accessories fitted, or I`ll have to buy them as extras?

The first accessory you should get for a Triumph America is a "FOR SALE" sign!......LOL!....just kidding! Choosing accessories before you actually buy the bike is a smart move. Pick out the items you want and have the dealer work them in to the price of the bike.Often times you can get the accessories at dealer cost if you make them part of the deal. You typically have no bargaining power once you have already bought the motorcycle.Built up the bike with the accessories you want....then get the dealer to sharpen his pencil.

LandRover is Right! It is best to get the dealer to install all the things you want on the bike before you pick it up. This way, All the things you get will fall under Triumph's Two Year Warrenty! Also, make sure they set up the bike for the loud pipes! This would include Rejetting the Carbs, An Air Injection Removal Kit, K&N Air Filter. Don't Let them BULL Crap you in saying you don't need that! Because YOU WILL! I would also have them include your First Service. Most dealers act like they will go Broke if they don't get MSRP on everything they sell, Don't let them fool you! Tell them you'll buy the bike on Ebay if they won't Deal. They would have to do the warrenty work AnyWay!
