I put Hagons on both my Bonnie and my Scrambler. I was happy with the results. They are fine shocks and a big improvement over the original equipment. You can spend a lot more money if you want on fancier high tech brands.

I upgraded mine to 'Progressive' 418 shocks and front springs. Vast difference in handling. Got them from here:

If you give them a ring you will find the chap extremely helpful and able to build shocks to your exact requirement.

From what I've read on ths forum, pretty much any of the main brands are highly rated (Hagon, progressive, Ikon, Ohlins).
I like the Bonnie, but I have to admit that I really do not like the way the forks dive, so I am definitely going to upgrade the suspension. I have pretty much decided on Ohlins shocks (not the more expensive piggy back types), and progressive suspension springs in the front. It's good to hear that others have had positive results.

I put Hagon Nitro's on my T100 this year. They look great and well engineered. They orig. ones look like something you get in a Christmas cracker in comparison. Most importantly though the bike handles better , and no more annoying wallow after hitting any bumps in the road.Half my riding is two up which has improoved greatly with them.
Just got to get around to fitting the fork springs I got at the same time !

Hagons are great!
The hagon road shocks are superb, I fitted them and the progressive fork springs and the difference it made is the single best improvement to my bike.
They're a great price too.
He's a great guy to deal with, very willing to talk and very sure about his product.
One quick phone call to him helped me solve an issue I had with my particular bike, as the bushes from my original shocks had seized so solid, that they looked like part of my swing arm mounts. He has so much experience he told me how to fix it straight away.
My shocks came direct from him the next day, before the money had even cleared.
He's old school Triumph.

hi all fitted front hagon progressive springs today ,easy to do ,firmer front end ,but 1 question ,for anyone to answer ,after taking off handlebars ,and loosening fork end caps ,removing end caps ,supporting bike ,removing end caps ,long tube and washer then springs ,letting fork fully compress i measured the air gap ,distance to oil ,this is the way hagon says to do it ,the gap was 130 mm ,but hagon says it is to be 150mm ,i fitted new springs ,washer and spacer tube ,jacked up bike to extend forks ,refitted end caps and handle bars ,checked everything out ,will the 20mm difference in oil make (air gap) make any difference to forks
