Question Summer Screen mounting bars

The two mounting bars on the Triumph summer screen are labled left and right. I just noticed that the Triumph dealer who installed my screen, placed the left mounting bar on the right side (right hand brake) and the right side bar on the left side (left hand clutch).

Does anyone know if this will make any difference? My original summer screen was killing me with head buffing, but now with a clearview replacement, things seem better.

Thanks.

They won't fit if they are on the wrong side. I installed my own Summer Screen and and had to reverse them because the holes in the screen wouldn't line up. I guess Left and Right is subjective if you are in the riding position or looking at it from the front. I thought it was from the riding position but was wrong at first and had to switch them around.

In other words...if the screen is installed enjoy because they won't work if they are on the wrong side.

Thanks for your comment. I was about to tear apart what I had put together, but you saved me the trip of doing that just to put it back the way I had it.

It fits and works great.
