Rigid Bonny

Howdy, quick question, has anyone made their Bonny into a rigid tail? Anyone in Vic Australia in particular. Would love to meet up and see the workmanship.

NO TOLLS for motorcycle riders in VICTORIA!!!

I asked about this a little while ago. Got some really good feedback.
It seems that the frames on the modern Bonnes are not a good choice for hardtailing, but you can get some nice hardtail frames from Choppahead. Take a look at their Brown Eyed Cyclops build.

There is a framebuilder in Oz that goes by the name of Choppaweeza I think on Jockey Journal, he may have some info about local builders.

Thanks

Thanks bruv, I figure once I've carved the streets with the bonn in cafe form for a while, I'll eventually want to just cruise rigid style. I think I may end up getting a custom frame built or transplanting bits off an old harley and welding in lugs. Thanks for the links , have you done your bike yet?

Tip: Put a little money aside each week for the eventual lower back surgery!
