Some Dyno time today...

Spent about 45 minutes on the Dyno at the local HD dealer today. Tech was cool and we talked and BSd for quite some time. It was great to see the A/F ratio throughout the RPM range, and with the brake on to simulate actual riding conditions.

My butt Dyno turned out some pretty good results. 13.X pretty much across the board except slightly rich in the main. The time and money spent on the DJ needles and springs was worth it. My perceived throttle response wasn't my imagination.

Interesting comment by the tech, "It's nice to see a new bike you could ride through a field if you had to".

LOL....He charged me $35. Well spent.

nice work "D".
always nice to reaffirm things with a computer. $35 bucks sounds cheap cheap! that's great for sure. where are you located?

Hi,

I am in Eastern North Carolina, and the Dyno run was conducted at New Bern Harley Davidson.

Yeah, I was very happy with the price. He quoted me before hand 1/2 hour labor...but I didn't think it would be that quality of service. He really took his time and showed me everything I wanted and more. I was so happy leaving....I didn't even pick up my Dyno sheet....LOL.
