Latest Mods/ Dial-up beware

Well, I scored a good deal on a set of N. Hyde Western Bars and longer cables and the same guy had a Raask pipe system with Decibel (Dunstalls) Pipes. These mufflers are heavy! Great chrome job on these a little less than 2500 mile and the mufflers sound good! As good as my Predators or NH Togas? Probably not but still sound good! And now the kink is gone and I have a larger selection of mufflers to choose from if I want. I also wanted to go with the mirrors clamped below the bars like some of the older bikes. I found a NOS set of Supueor mirrors from the 70"s. Haven't decided if I'm staying with one or going with two. I also just orderd some spacers to raise the bars alittle to give me more room for the mirrors and less reach. So more items for sell soon!

Nice work! The "non-kink" pipes really look great. Such a little change, but noticeable improvement. The trunk decal looks very classic too!

I have been thinking of doing an under the bar mirror set up as well. How did you get yours mounted? And hows the view? I tried my napoleon mirrors upside down, but my arm blocked the mirror no matter how I had it positioned.

Thumbs up

Jeff, looking good - the new (and gorgeous) headers & muffler really make a difference & add much to the uniqueness factor...

One sweet ride... good work!

Cheers,

D9
