center stand components

hi there,
i just bought a center stand off e bay, with no fitting instructions.
after searching threads, i wanted to make sure i have all the bits needed, i read a reference to rubber washers.
can some one please check pic, and see if i have all the bits.
after reading about fitting, i think i have kinda got it, on the instal except i dont know where the pin/bolt thing goes on the frame, that the c bracket clips onto.
are there any pics or instructions around.
thanks miles

That pin /bolt thing goes into an empty hole up under the bike on the inside of the frame right side, directly above the lug for center stand mount. You'll get greasy because the chain is right by it.

As best i can tell you have all the pieces, except for the packet of grease that you smear on the grommets There is a definite side you will have to put the centerstand on.

I hope the photos help. Note where the notch is on the metal arm, and the big Vs little hole. I also noticed that you don't have any of the rubber pieces that you'll need for the stand to rest against the muffler. You might have to work on that.

Also, if that's all you got, you are missing the rubber spacers that go on the left side under the muffler. As I recall there were three pieces. One that went on the stand and two other pieces, one that fit in a hole on the muffler/bracket and the last piece fit inside that one. The last piece looked like a plastic peg on a disc. I'm pretty sure you could pick up something that would work. The whole purpose of those three rubber pieces is to keep the centerstand off the pipes.

thank you guys

it all went pretty smoothly, was expecting hassles with getting spring on, the hardest bit was getting a spanner/ socket onto the little pin thing, that probaly took the longest.
althought i did put it on first, with all the three bolts floating around really loose, then tightened it all up, did find i had to turn spring around as the the c bracket was VERY close to chain.

re rubbers, there is one on the centre stand and two on the muffler(original pipes) and with the stand up the rubbers touch pretty cleanly.

thought the back wheel would be higher of the ground when up on the centre stand, gonna be heaps easier when i go to adjust chain (gonna be a first) and oil it now, also cleaning rims spokes etc thank you all again for your help much appreciated
cheers
miles
