Excess grease

Carried my T100 to the dealer for the State inspection, no problem there. As I was leaving I noticed they had readjusted the clutch lever to their liking, not mine. That sorta ticked me off. But when I got home noticed something odd. The spacer on the right side of the front wheel had a thick, thick coating of grease on it. I mean enough that it was getting thrown on the front hub. One of two things I figure.

1. The dealer though it needed it for some odd reason and slapped it on or

2. I have some sorta seal gone bad but I’m just not familiar enough with the bikes front wheel assembly to know the bearing setup. Wheels spins freely, bearings seem fine and after removing the excess grease went on a 50 mile spin and when I got back no more grease then when I left

Any ideas ??????

Question Grease

Mine spit some out on the rt ft as well. Dunno why? Some slung onto the rotor & caused some "warpage "feeling. Had to really clean it & all is well. The grease- who knows why?Wiped it off & all is well. Inspection (State) & they adjust your clutch?? Thats a new one on me!

I noticed the same thing on the front RH side when my bike was about 10 months old. Have done about 3000 kms since then with no apparent problems.
