OK correct me if I'm wrong but still playing with carbs. My set up is 07 speedmaster stock pipes all baffles removed AI removed snorkel removed bell mouth installed uni filter installed 130 mains tbs needles 2 shims. OK so now I'm thinking I need to up my pilot jets because that is used most of the time below 3/4 throttle is that right or not. I think stock is 40 thinking going up to 42 or 45 what do all you folks think.

42. Save the 45 for when you remove the airbox.

And, no, the pilots are only in play below 1/3 to 1/2 throttle.
