Another Broken Bonnie....Grrrrrrr

My 07 Bonnie 865 has started playing up similar to others.It has gone fine for 5000 km then about 600 km ago started playing up.
It has the normal mods. ie Staintunes,NARK 140/40/shim from new.
It has a intermitant fault and will sometimes go for up to 100km no problems.

It will only play up when warm and then will miss or stall and sometimes not start for 3 minutes.

So far I have;
Drained tank,replaced fuel
Cleaned filters in tank/carbs
Drained cleaned carbs
Checked vent hose
Checked vacum plugs
Replaced spark plugs
Checked all conections on coil and ignitor

I dont think it is fuel related because the symptoms are still there after doing all of the above.
It is not the sidestand switch because it will still crank over.
I think it is either a faulty ignitor or crank sensor.Is there a sure fire way to check these?
