My 07 SM managed to shake the lower flyscreen chrome acorn nuts loose in less than 50 miles...or else the dealer never installed them, or failed to torque them tight enough. The screen attaches to the bracket with 4 bolts & the afformention nuts.

Anyone know the thread size on those nuts?

Lemme tell ya, it's no fun to lose half yer nuts...

Best bet is to remove the one you still have and go to the hardwear store. Be sure to get stainless steel ( and the good stainless-not cheap that'll still rust) and have at it.
When I put mine on the little bell went off that said "these look like a pain waiting to happen" so out came the locktight.
If you wait for Triumph, well-let's just say you'll wait!

Good idea, that will do until the dealer can make good on the OEM nuts. At least the corresponding screws didn't vanish also.
