I removed the caliper to remove the wheel.

I then removed the fender to remove the forks, to drain the fork oil, poured in new oil, put in new springs and put on the gaiters

BTW, it is a Scrambler and the replacement bolts (69 cents each) will have loctite on them.

We're lucky to have two good dealerships within 100 miles, Ridge Motorsports in Batesburg and Motorcycles of Charlotte. If either of them "missed" this, they'd make it right.

I live on the Northeast side of Columbia, so we're "neighbors." I hope to ride with you some day.

No Locktite??

There isn't any locktite on the caliper bolts from the factory. I think maybe they should look into that.
How do you let Triumph know, other than complaining to your dealer?
I went to the hardware store and spent $1.35 US on a cad plated bolt(that will rust), to hold me over till I get the correct one from the dealer. I locktited them, and torqued them down, per spec.(28 nm)

One of the fee's dealers charge is called "set up", this is a safety item that should have been checked off on the set up checklist. Change dealers mane.
