Wink 56hp@ 5500 ft.

I yanked the restrictor plate out of my airbox. The bike revved quicker, but it had hesitation, so I thought it was lean (did I mention I live at about 5500ft in altitude?). I was going to put in 125 mains just as a guess, but I decided to have my local shop (PJ's Triumph/Ducati) put ot on the dynos and jet it. The result? The bike feels great and pulls harder than it ever has, very lively with a strong mid range, really noticeable improvement. The numbers, 56 HP@ 6200 RPM, max torque, 50.2 ft lbs @ 5400 RPM. Best of all, I don't have to wonder if my jetting is OK! I am very pleased, and am in love with my Thruxton again, even after 2 days on a Ducati loaner bike. ;-)

What jets did they finally go with?

When I rejetted for the restrictor plate removed, I went to 115's.

Now that I have the HARK in I am running 125's, 42's and 2 shims with 2 turns out.
