Are there paint codes on my bike?

Does anyone know if Triumph pastes a sticker somewhere on the bike frame or bodywirk that contains paint codes for the bike? I'd like to either buy a set of the pre-painted silver side covers from Triumph, or find a used set from a Bonnie I could have painted in the factory colors.

Problem is, Triumph has a couple of different silvers mentioned in their list of paints, and I'm not sure which they used on my Lucifer Orange and Silver T100.

Hey Bob,

Dont think this helps, but when I ordered a gas tank for my 02 the dealer was able to verify by VIN# that my bike did come with the Lucifer Orange/Silver tank so I imagine they could see what the correct silver fenders were to order. Dont see how that gets you to the correct side cover color though...

Did you try calling Triumph in GA? They were pretty helpful when I was making sure they actually had a correct tank before I plunked down my money.

Thanks, Mark. I'll run my VIN past the local dealer and see it they can come up with the correct codes.

Other Motorcycle: one is enough but I'd love a thruxton just to use for cafe racing.
Extra Motorcycle: nah
easy

I recently had a fairing painted to match my blue bonnie and, although I had the paint code from the triumph site, the spray painter easily matched it just to make sure it was the right colour and to match and fading etc.
Take it to a good painter, they will have no trouble in matching it.
