Uni foam or K&N filter?

Anyone use the Uni foam air filter out there? I found it on Bellacorse. I was going to get the K&N but the difference in price has me puzzled. Is the Uni as good as K&N?

I use K&N only because all my vehicles have one and I have the cleaning solution and oil. Very easy to take care of.

The UNI is said to filter better, tho from my experience NOT at the cost of performance. How do i know? I ran it w/o a filter just around the block to see whether it was restricting flow, and there was no difference. If the restrictor is removed then maybe, but till then it doesn't restrict at all.

The running joke is that UNI and K&N are like the Coke & Pepsi of performance filters. Or as the Japanese would say: 'They're the same. Just different.'

Both in-stock.
